여의도

Yeouido is an 8.4 square kilometer(km2) island by the Han River. It is one of Seoul's main political and financial districts. It is packed with famous landmarks. The most prominent one is the National Assembly Building. Yeouido is also home to two of the four major broadcasting networks in Korea, KBS and MBC. The Korea Stock Exchange is also located in the area. The well-known 63 Building, which was Korea's tallest building upon its completion in 1985, is also in Yeouido. Subway Lines 5 and 9 connect Yeouido with the rest of Seoul. The area is a popular destination to enjoy cherry blossoms in the spring.

 

여의도는 한강변에 위치한 면적이 8.4 제곱킬로미터에 달하는 섬입니다. 여의도는 서울의 주요 정치 및 금융 중심가 중 하나입니다. 여의도에는 유명한 이정표들이 많습니다. 가장 유명한 것은 국회의사당 건물입니다. 여의도는 또한 한국의 4대 주요 방송사 중 2군데인 KBS와 MBC가 위치한 곳이기도 합니다. 한국증권거래소 또한 여의도에 위치하고 있습니다. 1985년에 완공됐을 당시 한국에서 가장 높은 건물이었던 63빌딩 또한 여의도에 자리잡고 있습니다. 여의도는 지하철 5호선과 9호선으로 연결되어 있습니다. 여의도는 봄철 벚꽃을 만끽하기에 매우 인기있는 행선지입니다
