Wireless Internet is everywere in Korea. We can use our laptops or tablet PCs almost anywhere thanks to wireless Internet. Often called wi-fi. wireless Internet operates through a hot spot or an access point. There are hot spots all over the place. They provide Internet access to users who are within the range. You simply need to set up a wireless router wherever you are. Korean mobile carriers also provide a revolutionary broadband service through their network. This service is called LTE and provides fast data access. Through this service, cell phone users can access the Internet on the move. They can also use the tethering function to make their cell phone and access point.

 

요즘에는 장소에 구애받지 않고 어디서나 무선 인터넷을 사용할 수 있습니다. 무선 인터넷 덕분에 거의 모든 곳에서 노트북이나 태블릿 PC를 사용할 수 있게 되었습니다. 흔히 와이파이라고 불리는 무선 인터넷은 (신호를 보내 주는) 핫스팟 혹은 액세스 포인트를 통해서 사용이 가능합니다. 신호가 잡히는 구간 내에 있는 사용자들에게 인터넷 접속을 가능케 하는 핫스팟은 곳곳에서 쉽게 찾아볼 수 있습니다. 어디에 있든지 무선 공유기만 설치하면 자유롭게 이용할 수 있습니다. 한국의 이동통신사들은 자사의 네트워크를 통해 혁신적인 광대역 서비스를 제공하기도 합니다. 이러한 서비스는 LTE라고 불리며 빠른 데이터 전송을 가능하게 해 줍니다. 이 광대역 서비스를 통해, 휴대전화 이용자들은 이동 중에도 인터넷에 접속할 수 있습니다. 뿐만 아니라 테더링 기능을 사용하여 본인의 휴대전화를 액세스 포인트로 설정할 수도 있습니다.

A : 그래도 너는 되기라도 하네. 나는 신호가 아예 안 잡혀.

B : 다른 곳으로 옮겨 보자.
