I get a monthly invoice from the management office. I am billed for electricity, water, cleaning, and maintenace. The monthly bill also includes things like basic TV reception, elevator usage, and food waste collection. I get a separate bill for gas. Plus, I have additional bills for cable TV, Internet, and the land-line phone. I also have to pay my cell phone bill. I use a flat rate for my cell phone, which covers voice calls, texts, and data transmission. I also have to pay monthly insurance fees and pension payments. I also have car payments I pay every month. I'm also paying off my mortgage. I pay all of my bills via automatic transfer.
